Stay Catalina, established in 2022 by Greg Ross and Sun Diego Realty Group bring extensive business and property management experience. They have been in business over 25 years in San Diego, are AirBnb SuperHosts, VRBO Premiere partners, and A+ BBB certified. They saw a need in Catalina for better ways to manage their rental investments.

Being a large property management company and real estate brokerage in Southern California for over 25 years, we know a thing or two about making sure you have the best vacation rental experience possible. We have solicited feedback from over 200,000 guests and are constantly refining the way we do things to make sure you always have a great vacation. We know even the smallest of things can make or break your vacation so we have tried to think of everythign you may need or want. Things like having a place to put your toothbrush, providing toiletries you may have forgotten, started kits for your vacation rental so you have everything you need for a few days when you arrive and much more!

Meet Greg Ross, the dynamic owner of Stay Catalina Vacation Homes. With over 16 years of expertise in home rental management, Greg is a seasoned professional in the industry. Holding a Real Estate Broker's license and an MBA from SDSU, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic mindset to his role. In addition to his vacation rental ventures, Greg also owns and manages multiple commercial real estate companies, demonstrating his aptitude for business and investment. Beyond his professional achievements, Greg has a passion for music, particularly the guitar, and finds solace in the calming embrace of the ocean. His multifaceted background and genuine love for what he does make Greg a trusted and inspiring figure in the vacation home rental industry.
